INSIGHTS, A NEW KPI

Our Digital Platform allows us to conduct a behavior study, where we evaluate key factors such as: Integration, commitment, teamwork and performance of three categories: leaders with leaders, leaders with group and leaders with company.

We develop a weekly and monthly analysis according to the statistics provided by our platform and program. We are able to gather accurate information in real time about the relationship between the three categories.
